Application Fee

  • $38.00 per person, non refundable

Security Deposit - Studio & One Bedroom

  • $250.00 Refundable Deposit + $150.00 Non Refundable Administrative Fee

Security Deposit - Two Bedroom & Three Bedroom

  • $300.00 Refundable Deposit + $150.00 Non Refundable Administrative Fee

PARKING

Reserved parking, if available, in the controlled access parking garage is $50.00 per month.

Reserved parking, if available, in the outdoor log is $25.00 per month

Complimentary Bike Storage is available in the parking garage.  All bicycles must first be registered with the office.

Minimal street parking is available. Please obey posted signs and city regulations

ADDITIONAL STORAGE

 

Conveniently located, indoor storage is available to rent on a monthly basis.

 

5’ x 10’ - $75.00 per month

5’ x 8’ - $60.00 per month

Check with your leasing agent for more information. Most, if not all utilities can be arranged for at move in.  Applications for service will be provided.
